Training

Patient First Transport Services runs it’s own Patient First Training Centre at our headquarters. Our highly experienced Paramedic Instructors are responsible for ensuring an up-to-date training syllabus is available to all our staff. The aims of the Training Centre are:

• To support and train by providing advice, guidance and education which enables the candidate to develop their capacities to determine and execute immediate first aid decisions.
• To provide up-to-date and accessible information on training issues.
• To work in partnership with other colleagues throughout the wider health services.
  
• To maintain, develop and monitor the quality provision of the service.
• To comply with Equal Opportunities legislation and challenge all forms of unlawful discrimination.
