All our staff are selected for their interpersonal skills and ability to work within a caring environment.

Driving staff are chosen based on their driving/navigational skills and following a satisfactory CRB and licensing check, undergo a comprehensive induction programme which includes:

• First Aid
• Basic Life Support
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
• Oxygen Therapy
• Lifting and Handling
• Customer Care

Staff have 24 hour access to our medical advisor and paramedic instructor and are supported by a management team who have extensive experience within the NHS ambulance service.
